The price listed is monthly. Service periods are based on your selection (annual plans are annual, quarterly plans are quarterly, etc).

Basic Service Level (for holding tanks, and gravity or syphon-fed septic systems only): 

i) Tank Inspection: Visual, non-intrusive inspection of the septic tank for any signs of damage, leaks, or corrosion. 

ii) Tank Pumping Needs Evaluation: Examination of accumulated solids and sludge within the septic tank to mitigate sewage backup risks and maintain operational efficiency. 

iii) Visual Inspection of Drain Field: Assessment of the field area for any signs of pooling water, odors, or surfacing effluent, indicating potential issues with drainage. This scope is seasonally dependent and will not occur if the field is covered in snow. 

iv) Basic Water Flow Check: Evaluation of water flow from household to ensure proper drainage into the septic system. This scope requires Customer to be home & available to turn on fixtures. 

v) General System Assessment: Overall assessment of the septic system's condition and performance, including checking for damage and any unusual odors. 

vi) Recommendations: Providing recommendations to the customer for any necessary repairs or maintenance based on the inspection findings. 


Standard Service Level (for systems with a pump and field, but no control panel, mound, LFH, or other secondary treatment systems): 

i) Everything included in the Basic Service Level, plus: 

ii) Filter Cleaning: Cleaning of the septic system filter to ensure pump longevity, optimal flow, and prevent blockages. 

iii) Pump Inspection: Inspection of the septic system pump (if applicable) to ensure proper functioning and identify any potential issues. 

iv) High-Level Alarm Check: Testing the high-level alarm system to ensure it is functioning correctly and will alert the homeowner in case of an overflow or pump failure. 


Premium Service Level (for systems with a control panel, mound, LFH-At-Grades, or other secondary treatment systems): 

i) Everything included in the Standard Service Level, plus: 

ii) Control Panel Inspection: Inspection of the control panel (if applicable), including checking electrical components, alarms, and functionality.

iii) Mound or LFH Inspection: Assessment of the mound or LFH system components, including headers, lateral dosing, inspection port condition, and chamber integrity. 

iv) Blower Motor Service: Inspection and servicing of blower motors for systems requiring aeration or other air-driven components. 

v) Cleanouts: Testing & clearing of cleanouts to ensure proper functionality.
